Pilar Rubio has informed her six million followers on Instagram of her physical condition and her weight, following her monthly meeting with her nutritionist.
Rubio, who works as a collaborator on the programme 'El Hormiguero', has never shied away from talking openly about her physical state, even during her four pregnancies, and she has done so again on an Instagram story.
She has revealed her height of 1.72 metres and that she weighs 60kg, before highlighting her nutritionist's feedback.
"Your level of muscle mass is very good for your stature," the nutritionist told Rubio.
"We see that you have a good muscle mass, which you keep at a high level, and you have very little fat.
"You always have very little [fat] because you look after this constitutionally and with all the sport you do. You have the profile of a sportsperson."
Rubio has recently moved to Paris, following the transfer of her husband, Sergio Ramos, to Paris Saint-Germain.
However, she has revealed that she will be moving in between the French capital and Madrid, as she looks to "continue carrying out different professional commitments".
