As soon as we heard Australian pop artist Dino Jag, all we can think of is “he sounds like the band Train!” And who doesn’t love Train? Although Dino Jag isn’t Train, he hit the international spotlight with the release of his song,  “Calling All The Saints,” breaking all records to become the #1 most purchased song on the “Music For Good” program for Oxfam America. With over 3,500 artists from around the world represented on the chart, this was a huge achievement and a great testament to his songwriting ability.

After that, he became a recognized name in the international music world. His upcoming album to be released in November of 2016 was even recorded at the legendary Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood with Grammy Award Winning Producer Jeff Bova.

On the album you’ll hear Aaron Sterling on drums (John Mayer), Corey Britz on bass (Bush), Tim Pierce on guitar (Bruce Springsteen), Jeff Bova on keyboards (Michael Jackson), Carroll Hatchet as backing vocals (Bette Midler), and Bernard Fowler as backing vocals (The Rolling Stones). Is that a powerhouse band or what?

Dino Jag has also shared the stage with some other big names in the industry including, Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi), Sammy Hagar (Van Halen), and Steve Vai (David Lee  Roth/Whitesnake).

He embraces music to his very core and continues to shape his career while exploring new sounds in his own electrifying way. To become a true success, music has to be a passion not a chore. So in our eyes, Dino Jag is on a very good path.

If you love artists like Train, Gavin DeGraw, Jason Mraz, Maroon 5, and One Republic, Dino Jag is something you may be interested in listening to!
