One way Chelsea ensures healthy eating is by cooking her own meals. Her Instagram feed is filled with recipes of her favorite dishes, ranging from Vietnamese Pho to Orecchiette Pasta with Sausage and Broccoli.

Chelsea exercises to stay in shape. "I have an at-home gym, so I do try to work out when I have time," she revealed to Women's Health. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

Chelsea also loves spinning, telling Women's Health, that she likes to "jump on the Peloton" when she has time. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, whether outside or on a spin bike, is a low-impact aerobic exercise great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Chelsea claims that her kids are enough of a workout that she doesn't really need to do anything else. "But more than anything chasing after two toddlers, girl, it will do it for you," she told Women's Health. "I don't have to work out at all. I just have to spend a day with my kids, and I'm exhausted. I got a 3-year-old and a 1.5-year-old, and they do not stay still, so that's my workout."

"There's no way to prepare yourself," for the online haters, Chelsea told Vogue. "There's no way to clarify or justify anything. You have to stay away from the bad, the blogs, Twitter. Don't search your name. You put yourself in that position to be scrutinized by being on TV, so you will be scrutinized. It's OK for people not to like you. Your character will evolve and those that really like you will like you, and those that don't, won't, because that's life. What you don't want to do is hone in on the people who feel the need to spew hate, which is very different from constructive criticism. At the beginning of all this, I was like, 'I'm going to read some stuff.' I saw a lot of racism and misogyny."

There are a few foods Chelsea misses from the UK. "Kebabs, Heinz baked beans, a Full English, Greggs pasties, Sunday roasts, toad in the hole, bangers and mash," she told Vogue.
